Shipping Fees Shipping is free on all domestic orders over $30 in the 48 contiguous United States. For all orders less than $30, there is a shipping fee of $3.99, regardless of size or weight. However, if a product is under warranty and you are claiming parts, there is no charge. In Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. Territories, shipping is $24.99 for orders less than $30. For orders over $30, shipping is $54.99. However, if a product is under warranty and you are claiming parts, there is no charge. APO/FPO shipping is free for orders over $49. Payment and Sales Tax We accept MasterCard, VISA and Paypal (processing of payments is carried out by Stripe). Sales tax is charged when shipping to California and Washington. Delivery Times Most orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with UPS Ground, so your item should arrive in 3 to 7 business days. The majority of orders shipped to California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Idaho or Arizona will be shipped using UPS, and should arrive in 1-2 business days. If you would like to expedite your order at an additional cost, please choose that option during checkout. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii takes about 5 to 7 working days. To U.S. Territories, it takes approximately 7 to 10 days, shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. APO/FPO orders ship via USPS, but you should allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Please note: A signature may be required by your carrier upon delivery. Also, at this time, we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Order Status After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the tracking number and shipment method of your order (UPS Ground or USPS). At that point, you can check your order status at any time by signing into my account. Canceling an Order Once you place an order, our efficient team packs and ships your item(s) as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. However, if you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge.
Refunds Returns are accepted in the event of damaged products or if unsatisfied with the functioning of the product. Once we receive your returned package at Cresimo, we will send you a confirmation email. At that point, a 100% refund will be issued to you for the amount paid for your item(s) using your original payment method. This may take up to 3 business days to show in your account.
