Yes! We offer a lifetime warranty on all Cresimo products. You can sign up on the warranty page of our website after purchasing. 

Do you ship internationally? 

For now, we ship to the US, Canada and the UK!

Are Cresimo’s carafes and airpots made with safe materials?

Yes, Cresimo carafes and airpots are made from durable and food safe 18/8 stainless steel, featuring a 304 stainless steel interior for safety and longevity, along with BPA-free plastic components.

Are Cresimo’s carafes leak-proof for travel?

Cresimo’s carafes are designed with spill-resistant lids, making them great for travel and everyday use. Our airpots are also convenient for on-the-go use; however, due to their pump-action design, they are not fully leak-proof and should be kept upright to prevent spills. The small gap in the lid is necessary for the dispensing mechanism to function properly.

How long do the carafes and airpots keep coffee hot?

Cresimo carafes and airpots keep coffee hot for up to 18 hours and cold for up to 36 hours, thanks to their premium double-wall vacuum insulation.

Can I microwave Cresimo products?

No, Cresimo carafes and airpots should not be microwaved. They are made from stainless steel, which is not microwave-safe.

Are your carafes and airpots dishwasher safe? 

No, our airpots and carafes are not dishwasher-safe, we would recommend a soapy warm water wash instead.
